Summary: fuzzer patches added to get past compilation error `make tests'

fix compilation error in `make test' where fuzzer tests incorrectly
try to assign to stderr. The goal is to redirect stderr to
/dev/null. I patched it to do this, and it at least compiles.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
